Abstract
This paper examines the Bina’ program, a social innovation initiative aimed at promoting social justice and enhancing the quality of education in Morocco through Results-Based Management (RBM) and strategic social media integration. Employing a case study methodology, the research delves into the program’s implementation, focusing on the systematic use of social media platforms, primarily Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, to engage diverse stakeholders, including teachers, students, and community ambassadors. The findings illustrate how Bina’ program utilized social media not only for outreach and communication but also as a tool for continuous monitoring and evaluation, fostering collaboration among educators and empowering marginalized voices in the educational landscape. By showcasing the program’s successes and challenges through regular updates and engagement metrics, Bina’ program demonstrates the transformative potential of a well-structured communication strategy in advancing social justice in education. This research contributes valuable insights into the interplay between social media and educational initiatives, offering a model for future programs aiming to leverage technology for social justice.
